SYMPTOMS
Norton Internet
Security displays a Program Control Warning when logging into Razzul.
CAUSE
Norton Internet
Security Software blocks access to the Internet from Windows
Applications.
RESOLUTION
To Configure Norton
Internet Security so that it will allow Razzul access to the Internet
follow the steps below:
1)
Log in to a Child account
that is Razzul Enabled.
2)
The following Dialog
appears:

From the ‘What do you want to
do?’ popup, click on the down arrow
and select, ‘Always
allow connections from this program on all ports (Recommended)’
4)
Click ‘OK’
5)
Razzul will appear.
