SYMPTOMS
When a child account is
selected from the Windows Welcome Screen, it does not log in to Razzul and a blue window with a failed to connect
message appears.
CAUSE
Under certain
circumstances a Windows account that was created during a Razzul install could become inoperative due to other
software being installed via the Administrator (or Parent) account. In
this instance it may become necessary to re-connect the account to the
network. This can also be caused by the presence of Zone Alarm, Norton
Firewall or other firewall software being installed and new updates being
downloaded.
