Email address is not valid when
downloading software

SYMPTOMS
During pre-registering
you are asked to enter your email address, when you attempt to download
the Razzul software you receive a message stating your email address is
invalid.
CAUSE
Certain email addresses
will not validate and will not allow the registration process to occur.
To correct this situation we will need to register your account
manually.
RESOLUTION
Below are the steps
required to reconnect Razzul to the Internet and download the software:
1)
Send email to Support@kidinnovation.com explaning
you were unable to register your email address, Include email address and
first and last name.
2)
Your account will be
pre-registered and you will receive an email message with your account
and password; follow the direction below to download the Razzul software.
3)
Go the Razzul
Admin Site at http://www.razzul.com/manage
4)
Enter your email
address
5)
Enter your password:
6)
Select the
Download button and follow the online instructions.
7)
If you have questions about
the installation or using the Razzul software please review the
information online at http://www.razzul.com/RazzulHelp/razzul.htm
