Mr. Scamurra has over 30 years of software experience. Prior to founding Kid Innovation, Mr. Scamurra most recently served as Vice President of Engineering of Omtool, Ltd., a leading provider of e-mail and fax-based messaging software that enables secure, confirmed document exchange between businesses.  Mr. Scamurra was responsible for all aspects of Omtool's product development, quality assurance and documentation. Prior to joining Omtool in 1998, Mr. Scamurra was the founder, President and Chief Technical Officer of Desktop Paging Software, Inc ("DPSI"). DPSI became the leader in wireless messaging software and was acquired by Omtool in February 1998. Previously, Mr. Scamurra was employed in various software engineering positions by Apple Computer, Inc., served as Director of Technical Support with Amherst Computer Exchange, Inc., and was founder of the software company, Sar-An Computer Products.

Ms. Nelson brings more than 12 years of experience to the Company's management team. Prior to joining Kid Innovation, Ms. Nelson most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Omtool, Ltd., a software company publicly traded on the NASDAQ. Ms. Nelson joined Omtool in 1996, where she served as Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Vice President of Finance. She was responsible for overseeing the finance and order administration, information technology, and human resources functions, establishing and coordinating monthly financial closing cycles, and managing all aspects of financial and management reporting. Prior to Omtool, Ms. Nelson was a senior financial analyst at Discrete Logic in Cambridge , Massachusetts and Montreal. Prior to that, she worked at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Nelson is a CPA and holds a B. A. in Economics and Accounting from the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Ms. Scamurra brings over 15 years of sales experience to Kid Innovation. Prior to founding Kid Innovation, Ms. Scamurra most recently served as Director of Sales for Omtool, Ltd. where she was responsible for over $2 million in monthly sales revenue. Prior to joining Omtool in 1998, Ms. Scamurra was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of DPSI. At DPSI, Ms. Scamurra was responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operations, was instrumental in attracting an angel investor in the early stages of the company, and successfully negotiated the sale of DPSI to Omtool in February 1998. Previously, Ms. Scamurra held various sales positions with Microamerica Corporation (now Merisel).
